Just a quick note:
With the holoiday season, many, many people just received the game, and are trying it out for the first time.
losing connection and or keeping connection to the server is probably going to be an issue for a while
due to the number of people trying to log in, download, and play the game.
just be patient, and either play in offline mode (after you have downloaded all of your content)
or wait for a few days for the number of people using the server to go down,
or try at off peak hours (generally late at night or very early in the morning)
If you want to play MP, then, I can only suggest to keep trying,
but be aware that the server usage is very high, and you may
(and probably will) lose connection to the servers often.
