If I came off like I was presuming as such, that wasn't my intent. Nor was I trying to dismiss the pages of posts you've made to help others.
I apologize if I came off strong or harsh. That wasn't respectful and you didn't deserve me sounding so harsh. I think I've been letting too many other threads get under my skin. Here's to hoping that this issue is resolved soon.

I don't get why you needed them in the first place.
Why does he have any reason to lie? If EA were doing this as a cover up to blow off the community that's a bit elaborate and unneccessary. Their silence about it so far is enough. Why would he go through with all this effort?
