[PC] Ongoing investigation - poor performance, crashes, resource allocation.

I am so tired of this.games not properly tested in alpha or beta .the stuttering and tearing in this game is so bad.How did this game pass for release?I have a new intel 8 core ,x99 platform with 3 980's in tri sli with 32 gigs of ram fully water cooled and i have tried all types of settings . there is all sorts of graphic glitches going on.i am so sick of paying for this subpar **bleep**.i am sick of paying for a game only to be held ransom for content under the guise of DLC .Yeah right.when the DLC is ready for release when the game launches i have an issue with it.sorry i call it what i see it.
