Just a quick update.
I have re-installed my Nvidia hardware. I have tried 347.09 drivers. -Still crashing.
Rolled back to 344.65. Still crashing.
I was having issues with my computer, so I scrubbed my HDDs, and re-installed Windows.
Tried both drivers, and guess what... CRASHES.
I'm so thoroughly frustrated with this game, that I am just going to shelf it.
So I most likely will not be keeping this thread nor the original post
updated on a regular basis.

P.S. So glad I got a refund, and was able to keep the game.....
maybe some day it'll be patched to a playable state.... maybe by this summer.....
