For those that are bombarded by crashes during the cutscene in the transition from Haven to Skyhold (aka getting owned by Corypheus for the time), the only way is to keep replaying that part until you successfully get through it without crashing.
I crashed 7 - 8 times before I manage to go through it. Just keep hitting Esc whenever it is possible. Close all overlays and programs that add up to CPU usage. Also, play in offline mode. This will help to reduce the possibility crashes. Once the cutscenes are over, quickly quicksave the game before the darn thing crashes again.
