(PC, Origin Version, DAI) Game still running after exiting.

Hello! After doing a system restore, the game is now closed in the details tab of my task manager. I'm updating all of my drivers and I have done a scan, and found no malware threats. Before I open a potential pandora's box by trying to start the game, do you have anything I could maybe do to fix this issue before it starts? Don't worry about a late reply, I know we have different time zones. Thanks for helping me out through this!

I just got info from dxdiag, so I have my specs if you'd like to see them. Just in case that could be the issue.
