@m95rzje45rz1 It would be game specific not engine specific. If the game is not being played through the EA app, Steam or Epic, there could be an underlying issue happening.
I think the problem is with the engine because...
I have a problem with all Frostbite Engine games. I cannot save or I cannot enter the game
mass effect Andromeda I can't save
Dragon Age Inquisition I can't save
dead space remake I can't save
FIFA 23 I can't enter the game

@m95rzje45rz1 "cannot save" is a hard one because we don't really know why it is happening. Is there a way you can capture a video of what is happening so we can see what you are seeing? The Frostbite Engine is a bit out of our hands, so we need more info on what is happening with all of those games.
You can record a short video with the steps outlined in the article:
- Open Snipping Tool:
- Search for "Snipping Tool" in the Start menu and open it.
- Select Recording Mode:
- Click the New dropdown arrow and select "Record".
- Select Area to Record:
- Drag to select the area of the screen you want to record.
- Start and Stop Recording:
- Click the "Start" button to begin recording and the "Stop" button to finish.
- Save Your Recording:
- You will be prompted to save your recording after stopping.

@m95rzje45rz1 Do you have more than one drive? SSD and HDD or just one?
Have much room do you have on that drive currently?
When you navigate to C:\Users\harbi\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save how many saves do you see? Are there only a few or is there a long list of save files?

I only have one SSD
Yes I have a lot of space
There is no save file
There is only a screenshot folder

@m95rzje45rz1 That means that your saves are being sent to another location that should not. Unless the save folder is on the desktop and you have plenty of drive space, that error only happens for a handful of reasons.
Can you search your PC for any files that end in .DAS?
Once you have the folder location, take that folder and add it to C:\Users\user\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
I go one step further repair the game and launch again.

@m95rzje45rz1 Ahh okay. It sounds like the saves are being saved to something like OneDrive.
Do you have that open in the bottom right corner of the task bar?
Can you check and see if OneDrive is open in the task manager?
