Whenever I try to buy the Platinum Packs, I get this error message. I play the game on PC and have both the EA app and Steam.
Hey, I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you continue having issues with the game! The MP has been updated a few times so I wanted to see if you could jump in again and test it if you have not yet!

@EA_Shepard Unfortunately it is still the same. Unless I join a dungeon or someone joins mine, then the game would be fine. It is just after I commence, the person who joined my party would freeze or vice versa. And whilst I was in a dungeon and then lost, this had happened... ☹️
And still unable to buy the platinum packs sadly.

Hi @EA_Shepard Another issue is that whenever I'm in the lobby and search for a random destination with any kind of difficulty, especially random's routine and threatening, I get an error. Sometimes I hear people voice chatting and then I get an error and it takes me out. Even if I choose specific area, I get an error. Could be it because the parties are full?
I've also noticed that when I join a full party, no one freezes. 🙂
Community Manager@Furblis That one is a bit harder because if it is a generic error, someone could have removed you, a network error, party was full....There can be quite a few things causing that one. It is one that you h ave to keep testing to see if the same issue happens each time, or it is more of a one off issue that happened due to the party being full.

Community ManagerHi @EA_Shepard! As you're aware, I'm from Kuwait, and I noticed that I'm able to invite my European friends but unable to invite my American friend inside the game. She even uses Epic Games and the EA launcher but is still unable to join. And when I use VPN and set it to the USA, she joins but she lags. Nevertheless, I don't need to use VPN for my European friends.
Could it be that it's the game's internet requirements and codes that need to get fixed? And codes for interacting with other servers, like what MMORPG's do.
