PhysXloader.dll is missing from your computer

Hello, while attempting to run dragon age origins ultimate edition this message pops up. When I attempted to manually install the PhysX-9.12.0613System Software install loacted in the _Installer>physx folder, the installer freezes after I get to the part where I have to accept the terms.

I have restarted my computer as well as reinstalled the game

any help would be appreciated

I am running windows 8
