Playthroughs not updating

I recently came back to playing Inquisition on the PS4 after being away for 4 months, and now my playthrough states are not updating. 

I have played many hours and made multiple saves in the last 2 days (while making extra sure I am logged into the server), but the keep still says that the last the playthroughs were last modified 4 months ago. One of the playthroghs I even finished tresspasser on, but when it is copied to editable and the tapestry opened up, none of those choices show.

Is there a way to test the connection between the game and keep? Or any other reason my playthroughs may not be updating
