"Please insert the play disc" Problem, Dragon Age Inquisition, Xbox 360

I just bought DA Inquisition for my 360 and have never had problems running a game or disc on my console. I installed DA:I and "Change Disc: Please insert the play disc" popped up after installation....

For me, I had to wait for the "Please install the play disk" message, swapped to disk 2, then just waited about 30 seconds. I noticed the A button selected "Cancel" and not "OK" half the time, and apparently it wasn't asking me to press anything, just put in the disk and wait for the XBox to figure out it was in there.
