Possible Armor Merchant bug

I see a lot of people talking about the merchant in the Hissing Wastes to buy armor schematics from.  The problem is though, that though he sells schematics for each class they all have the rogue model.  It seems to me that having a vendor where you can pick up the base items for high level but locked to one model for everyone is likely a mistake.  Especially in this game where you can use nearly any armor by changing the crafting material. 

He sells the Battlemaster, Prowler, and Battlemage armor and they all use the prowler model.  The Battlemaster Mail and the Battlemage Coat have the proper models and schematics of those are what should be sold.  Unless the issue is with a mistake of the linking the wrong model to the name, which is possible as well.

PS:  Just checking and I'm positive its a bug now.  Looked at the Battlemaster Armor the merchant is selling and it is a completely different model from the schematic you buy.  Its very annoying if you see that thinking that is what you're going to make and then get to your forge and find something else.

    It's not a bug, they are not using the same model. They all have the same overall appearance but the armor underneath changes with the class. The BattleMAGE armor has the shirt and pants from the Enchanter set, the BattleMASTER armor has the chainmail from the default Warrior gear, and the Powler armor has the jacket and neck scarf from the Rogue armor. I agree that they don't strictly match the Icon but they each have different meshes and this was clearly intentional.

    No, you mistook what I said.  I am aware of what they are supposed to be.  The bug is that the schematics do not have different meshes.  The Battlemaster Armor schematic you buy from the Hissing Wastes has the Prowler's jacket and neck scarf.  As does the battlemage armor. 

    What is more, he sells the armor and it has the chainmail and plate model.  The schematic he gives you gives you the prowler's look.  So its definitely a bug.

    The Vanguard Schematics look bugged too.  Both the Vanguard Mail and the Vanguard Armor schematics make armor with the mesh of the long trench coat jacket of the battlemage.

    I'm having this exact same issue, and with the exact same armours as well; so battlemaster and vanguard crafted armours all use the same model instead of the individual one that the merchant versions show. I asked a game advisor about this and they were completely unhelpful, simply telling me to take it to the forums ☹️

    Did you download the game through xbox marketplace? I'm having the same problem and I downloaded mine, rather than have a physical copy. I'm also finding the game to be extremly glitchy and I think it's because of that too.

    i had this too, all armour schamatics from the hisssing wastes use the rouge armour as its base.I downloaded the game so that might be part of the reason for the bug

    there are normally 3 kind of armor and schematics of them Armor, Mail and Coat and normally they differ a bit from each other but it seems that some schematics cannot be found anymore (possible due to the updates), its what im experiencing at least, al my previous pre-update charachters still have the schematics while my new ones cannot find them any longer.
