Possible Quest Glitch, The Trouble with Darkspawn

When doing the Trouble With Darkspawn quest, I reached the point where I have to track down Servis to a nearby fort, but can't get any further.  Quest either doesn't complete or won't progress to nex...

Is there anyway way to fix it I'm kind of OCD so it bothers me that I can't finish it.
