Praise the herald of andraste quest bug
So i enter the cult's fortress, speak with woman mage about the rift, close it and then can't find her. Quest mark points to a place where dragon lives, went there but couldn't find her. Tried reload...

I had same issue. Walking around kill dragonlings and trying to find this person. I went back to the fort with the rift inside and found and can talk to her but here it bugs again. It does not start a conversation with her.
