Same issue. Sometimes I get optimistic as it will jump as high as 65-70% but it will always eventually fail in an error (262149:131086) and then discard a ton of data, reverting me back to below 50%, sometimes much lower.
At this point I've wasted a ton of bandwidth and time on this. I think it's worth me noting that this is never an issue on the OTHER download platform I often use for games. Also telling me to flush my DNS or restart things is kinda almost insulting. I realize they follow a process tree of sorts but really, we've covered these things already. If it's something on our ends, it's something very common and particularly obscure otherwise we'd have figured it out by now as a community.
