Hate to say it, but me too. Been downloading since about 5am today (that's 17ish hours), when the UK version opened for pre-load. I'm currently at 5% thanks to all the data jumps, and Origin throwing me offline every 20 minutes or so. While I was out earlier, the pre-load stopped and gave me an error message. I clicked resume, and it's been resuming for the past 2 hours.
Just stuck. Just 'resuming pre-load'. At 5%. After seventeen hours.
Can we get some help here?

72 minute wait for a phone rep is not something I want to do.
People, we bought this game, we wish to play this game. If you cannot make it available on your own downloading platform, perhaps you should consider putting your games back on the platform where I purchased both Dragon Age games previously. I really hate feeling like like some random internet forum warrior, but by god, all I want to do is download the game.
Is that too much to ask? ☹️
