Preload Download Progress Keeps Regressing

This is beyond ridiculous now. This topic hasn't recieved any kind of update or response from EA reps in nearly 25 hours and is now buried almost ten pages back. I even PM'd @EA_Nils over twelve hours ago asking for any kind of update and I've still heard no reply. It's a full day after release and nearly six since the pre-load went live and there's still no solution??? And now it sounds like not even the physical editions are working for people. What the **bleep**. I paid my money, all I want to do is play this **bleep** game. I've never even considered the notion before, but it looks like EA is going to force me to take to the high seas just to play their **bleep** game.
