Maybe I got something: In the "Dragon Age Inquisition\Data" folder there are cas-files with about 1 GB each. When cas_15.cas was allocated cas_13.cas (600 MB at the time) disappeared. I copied the before saved cas_13.cas and cas_13.cas_stream back into that folder, restarted Origin and lost only a few MB. Still annoying but eventually a hint for the devs what to look at...
