Preload Download Progress Keeps Regressing

I did what @Jax979 suggested and since then I've been watching the .cas files. One of them (cas_12.cas) hit 1GB and didn't get deleted, and since the cas_12.cas_stream file disappeared, I assume this one is "completed" (1GB seems to be the maximum size these files can get to).
There's a chance that it's not even related, though. My internet is also really slow so I probably can't tell if it actually worked or not.
Edit: Welp, nevermind, it did not work. It was just a coincidence. I guess I'll just torrent the data too. Until now it seems to be the only thing that will actually work.
