Preload Download Progress Keeps Regressing

I Kept getting stuck at 7 percent and then it would say I had 16,777,680 Tera Bytes to download and my progress goes into the negative. I closed everyting running in the background , including stuff in my system tray and browser sessions. Im at 52 percent now. DL speed increased to 7.24MB/s
Reinstalled Origin
Updated Nvidia Drivers
Uninstalled UPlay and all Ubisoft games
Installed Origin to a traditional hard drive
Games directory is on SSD Raid
I also uninstalled BF4 and Titan Fall so this is the only game installed using Origin.
Will post back if it keeps going and installs ok. 56 percent now.
The more we all continue to try to work around the issue the longer EA will think they can postpone dealing with the underlying problem...
EA needs to fix their Origin client and at least give us an idea as to when we can expect the fix!
