Every time i purchased something from EA, i was dissapointed. Be it content quality, service quality, support quality or all three together - there is always something wrong with this company. Every time i told myself to just ignore their products, but i still had hope - until now- that they were learning from their mistakes. Well apparently not. And so i'm done with EA and DAI is the last product by them i'll ever purchase.
