This is beyond **bleep** belief. We paid for a 60 dollar game and we can't even download it. How outright incompetent can you people be? Are you trying to prove to the customer base that your games warrant being pirated? That you're an inferior service to Steam in literally every regard? Had this been them, they would have had this problem at the very top of the list and done far more to fix it.
When your customers pay for a game, and then can't even fully download it, THE BELLS AND WHISTLES SHOULD BE GOING OFF.
