11 years agoIt's super disheartening how they've handled interacting with us about everything. Maybe I'm spoilt but I've never had such poor dealings with companies like this before. It took a pretty loud thread from you Roger to garner a reaction at all and that reaction was to delete said thread and speak to only you about the problem turning up no result. I've been posting in threads around the web, sent error reports and PM'd community managers who have read my messages and haven't had a whisper of anything in return.
If in the next 10 hours or so nothing changes or EA are still not at all vocal about anything that's happening I'll be pursuing a refund so I can be done with all of this.
