11 years agoDon't worry guys, this whole thing will be over soon, now. The suppport specialist team is on the job! ...at least I think they are. I mean, I was told they were and that they would be contacting me shortly to work out this issue, but that was over a day ago, so... It's not like after a week they still have no idea what is causing these problems or anything... True proffessionals at work here, I tell you.
Edit: Never mind, I just got an ETA on when I can expect to hear from them about fixing this problem. It'll be about a week. This company is **bleep** ridiculous.

At least you got something...my ticket hasn't had any activity since the 18th when they asked for the log files.
