After a week of constant downloading and enough regressions to have finished the game multiple times I finally completed and installed it.
There is an end to the madness. Good luck those who are still stuck in a loop.
I just purchased and started downloading the game today, and I am having the same problem as others. Right now, my download is at 5%, and the installer has already restarted twice. I am not at all pleased by this, to say the least.
