Guys the only solution i found was to set READ ONLY each file downloaded (HINT: when a file is downloaded the *.*_stream file dissappears), this will work as long as you have other files, however with cas19.cas i could not be that lucky, I was asked to do the 1% stuff and still no luck, i could download the english pack that is like 2 gigs or so using this method. About cas19 i just torrented that only file, I had been playing since 3 days.
