Preload Download Progress Keeps Regressing

So everyone in this thread still screwed?
Figured I'd check in and see, since I've yet to see any further comment from the **bleep** support, which means in all likelyhood they have no solution and want the thread to die off quietly so they won't be forced to actually try and address the problem.

If they think this thread is going to die off quietly then they have another thing coming... :catmad:
This has been affecting me personally now for two weeks and "we are working on it" (imaging them doing their nails while saying it) is just not a good enough response. They can at least PUBLICLY admit that it is a serious issue and give some indication of the expected timescale for resolution (order of magnitude at least).
