Guys , i have the same problem , and my speed is about 270 - 260 KB/Sec , so i went to origin and enabled ( download in safe mode ) and reset the cashe location to the default ( c folder ) , and before i do this i was at about 10% max then it regressed , now it's at 17% but i download with about 220-210 KB/sec and it's not a huge difference , i will try to update here as soon as i finish as i still need a whole 30 hours to finish :'(
EDIT : it worked finally , have DAI 🙂
