Problem = Unable to Complete "Safe Keeping" Quest

Game = Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition
Platform = Xbox One
Problem = Unable to Complete "Safe Keeping" Quest
Description = Location: Villa Maurel Personal Store Room; All 3 key fragments have been acquired with quest states stating "FIND A WAY TO REASSEMBLE THE RUNED KEY", but when I walk up to the machine and see the "PRESS A - PLACE KEY FRAGEMENTS" I press the button and nothing happens. If I step anywhere on the carpet around that area, I no longer can jump with the A BUTTON either. It seems like the zone boundaries are off and it is not accepting any close position to activate the final step of the quest.

Were you able to move to the side and energize the table where you placed the key with a mage?

yeah, on the side of the machine you have to "Energize" it to get the machine to work.

I'm also having this exact issue, only on the PS4. &nbsp;I moved to the side of the table to see if I can energize the machine &nbsp;but there doesn't seem to be that option available.

Same issue.&nbsp; The energize text did come up for me originally...but I didn't have a mage. When I came back it no longer did anything.
