Problem with Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition

Hello.

I bought Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition through Origin a year ago, installed it and everything worked perfectly, with all the DLC being there. I uninstalled it a few months ago, however, and now that I tried to download and install it again I'm finding myself with a problem: it's as if everything that comes with the DAO: Ultimate Edition was gone. Well, I keep the Awakening expansion for some reason, but not all the DLC that also came with the U.E.  No Witch Hunt, no Leliana's song, no Darkspawn Chronicles, and no Golems of Amgarrak.

I can still access the other DLC (some items, The Stone Prisoner, The Castle of the Guards and Return to Ostagar) because I had bought them years ago when they first came out, with a standard copy of Dragon Age Origins. But I can only do so downloading them manually through the BioWare site, and as I said I'm not so lucky with the rest.

Furthermore, I seem to have lost my characters. Perhaps is everything due to me deleting some folders on my PC to "clean house" a bit? I don't have a clue.

So it's basically as if Origin "mistakes" the Ultimate Edition for just a standard edition (a copy of which I had already bought years ago) + Awakening. In the Origin app all the DLC appear as if I never got them, with "Buy now" buttons and their price in BioWare points. Any help please?
