Problems launching Dragon Age Inquisition on Steam

Hello EA_Cuervo, thanks for following up with me on this. I got caught up with work lately so I haven't found the time to check on that. Regarding my steps from last month, I remember doing the following:

Logging in to the Steam client on my PC, and then starting DAI
Pressing the continue button after the main menu appeared
Getting to a loading screen thatfeatured three cards with various tips
The game crashes

When I tried your suggested of just going to another save file and loading that directly, it still crashed. I'll see what I can do about the DxDiag by tommorow or the day after and update this thread accordingly.
