[PS] DA II- Can't unlock Keep Career Items. Always getting error.

I'm trying to unlock the extra armor and stuff in the career section of the Dragon Age Keep for DA 2 on PS3. I was able to unlock them for PC and Xbox, but not for PS3. I always end up getting the er...

Here is a screenshot of the error message when attempting an unlock on PS.

I will also point out that the website simply says PS, so this could be an issue for people on PS4 and even PS5.

(especially as ps4 and ps5 would be digital only so something like this would be even more frustrating on an older game.)

@FantasticFox27 That's exactly it. Even DAI rewards and DLCs aren't being unlocked even if I've already purchased them. I have the GOTY version which contains all content, and the Keep doesn't recognize any of them.
