It's possible it just took awhile on my end too. DA2 as you might imagine had a lot of downloading to do. So I might be granting Inquisition a false positive. Still glad I put the disc in just in case any aspects of the keep or my isername were reliant on it.
Also It gave me some information in broad strokes on what's going on too.
(And I won't accidentally get stuck with a male character or a unedited character when I play Inquisition for real)
I didn't even notice someone had marked this situation as solved. It's far from.
Even if they stated it was "A fatal coding issue where information can be sent from but not sent back to the PS3 infrastructure reliably" would be an answer.
I expect things to not always generate, I lucked out with DAO because everything is on disc but I know PS3 is low priority.
But this is a PS issue. Even if we are playing it on PS3 the brush off should be that it's not an issue for PS4 downloads of DA2.
Not whatever that was.
But hey at least it's a great game.
@FantasticFox27It sure is. I sure hope the series gets remastered and ported to different systems.
But for now, I really hope this issue gets resolved.

I let the team know about this. As this deals with the Keep, support is limited and Community Managers have no visibility into the site. If you are still unable to get these items unlocked within the keep itself, please provide the following:
- EA App/Steam/Epic:
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
- The EA app logs can be found in C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\Logs & C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Which items will not unlock?
- Are the items unlocked in the game as well as the Keep?
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
For example. I need screenshots showing the error itself with the items showing locked, or whichever items that show the actual error.

- GPU model and driver version: N/A since I'm using a PS3.
- Region: All regions are affected by this. Mine is set to EU/UK.
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?): 2018-ish until now (2024).
- Which items will not unlock? All of the items can be unlocked normally for Xbox and PC but not PlayStation.
- Are the items unlocked in the game as well as the Keep? Neither. Requesting to unlock the items for PlayStation always gives the error message:"Oops an error has occured. Please refresh the page and retry."
- Any other errors? Achievements are being unlocked but are being set as PC and not PS3. + Keep progress isn't automatically updating and characters aren't syncing. Also, the exact same problem occurs with DA Inquisition on PS3 and PS4.

- Windows OS: OS 8 technically but I haven't booted up my laptop since I moved in 2022. This is PS3
- Windows OS version: 8 again see above.
- GPU model and driver version: N/A since I'm using a PS3.
- Region: All regions are affected by this. I am in the US Region Myself
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?): 2018 per The other user I noticed it recently in 2024.
- Which items will not unlock? All of the items can be unlocked normally for Xbox and PC but not PlayStation.

This is a larger issue since it affects PS4 players too who can play DAI on a PS4 or a PS5. As the release of Dreadwolf gets closer more people will be playing DAI on PS4 and PS5 and this will be a much larger issue I fear. Obviously I want to sort this iut and Cyper's Domain wants to sort this out and enjoy our games but on the same token it could be a nightmare if it isn't fixed.
Currently it's mostly hardcore fans playing it with lots of patience and people on old systems. As a ex tech support specialist it needs a look to make sure anyone trying out these games for the first time on the PS framework can do so with ease.
I know coding can be a nightmare and there might be no quick fix so I hope you have the information you need to work on it.
The Person above me has already shared extensive screenshots, mine are no different. I have the exact same issue.

Hey, everyone.
The keep should now be updated and issues resolved. Please clear all browser cache and history (from all times) and log back in. You may need to manually make changes to the decisions made, but the site should now be up and running again!

No dice, chief. Tried that on three different browsers. All cache was cleared, and all history was deleted.

It was a hassle. First time I logged in, it gave me a message saying that an error occurred.
The second time I logged in, everything looked fine until I realized that my worldstate was deleted and all my custom heroes were gone (still are).
The third time I logged in, I remade my worldstate and tried accessing the items, DLC, and accomplishments menu to attempt to unlock them again.
And yes, they all give me the same error message.

@CYPH3RsD0M41N The past update on this was the keep was updated and the issue was resolved. When you log in now, is the exact same thing happening, or has there been any change of any kind?

The exact same thing is still happening. The only difference now is that it no longer syncs up to my progress as it all ends up getting deleted when logging in.

@CYPH3RsD0M41N I brought it up but with the new game being released, the keep is one of those things that are not a priority. If players are still getting an error, I need all of them to reply saying that it is an issue again.
The keep was fixed but there will always be one-off issues like this that sadly may not be resolved. - 2 years ago
That's unfortunate. Also, whenever I log in and log out now, this screen shows up. Every time it does happen, I have to close the browser and re-open it. Otherwise, I won't be able to log in again.
- 2 years ago@CYPH3RsD0M41N Plus, character images as well as certain tapestry assets will always fail to load now. I can't see the sync button since it's not loading in.

@CYPH3RsD0M41N If you are on Chrome, try the following and let me know if this works for you!
- Open the Page you want to view in Chrome
- Open Chrome dev tools - can press F12 on the keyboard
- Select the 'Application' tab on the top menu
- Expand 'Local Storage' on the left-hand menu
- Right-click each of the websites listed and press 'Clear'
- Close the page and re-open a new tab with the page you were viewing
- it should load for you now
What it sounds like is some type of cached issue with the browser or the links you are viewing.

I tried doing that with both Firefox and Chrome. It did nothing.
- 2 years ago@CYPH3RsD0M41N Notice the missing buttons on the right side. While the export buttons do show up, those four squares are supposed to contain icons that no longer load up.

@CYPH3RsD0M41N Ive pinged a few folks on this one but there is a lot happening with DA right now. Are you able to log in on a mobile device by chance?
When you load up Chrome, are you logged into a profile in the upper right corner or do you not log into a profile?
Honestly just looking at the photo it does look like a cache issue. That is just at first glance. We cannot log in as players and test it, so it is a situation where I can test mine 20x but not get the image you do because I don't use your browser.

I can log in on my phone just fine, however, I always end up on an error 500 page. If I refresh the page, it would load up again, but the images will still not load.
Logging in using Chrome and Firefox on desktop produces the same exact result as the images provided.
And again, the whole syncing, unlocking, etc. features don't do anything since they don't work for PlayStation players.

Did you tried Edge without any add-ons?

I tried almost every browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Opera GX. All of them have the exact same issues.

The X and world state thumbnails don't load for me as well on Firefox, but all buttons work as intended, and I know from friends that the Keep works for them too.
So this has to be a local problem.
And as @EA_Shepard I too would have thought this is a browser cache issue.
Please preform a clean boot and test the Keep in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled. - 2 years ago
Already way ahead of you on that. So far, I have attempted this on three phones and two laptops, and all of them have the same issue. It's not a local thing, and it's affecting all Playstation users no matter the platform.
