It was a hassle. First time I logged in, it gave me a message saying that an error occurred.
The second time I logged in, everything looked fine until I realized that my worldstate was deleted and all my custom heroes were gone (still are).
The third time I logged in, I remade my worldstate and tried accessing the items, DLC, and accomplishments menu to attempt to unlock them again.
And yes, they all give me the same error message.

@CYPH3RsD0M41N The past update on this was the keep was updated and the issue was resolved. When you log in now, is the exact same thing happening, or has there been any change of any kind?
I cannot access my Keep, heroes or tapestry since I started playing Dragon Age in 2022. I was able to get in twice when I first started but not once since that have I been able to get in and I tried every possible solution posted on here. Cleared caches, tried vpn, tried different browser and device combinations even. I had given up on it but I really wanna do a series marathon before Veilguard and this is really discouraging me. I asked for help here and on twitter before but I couldn't get results. They told me it might be an account issue and I have no idea what that issue might be? I alsl tried logging in with a burner account to try and it works perfectly but my actual account with all my games on if won't function with the Keep for some reason. Please help.

The exact same thing is still happening. The only difference now is that it no longer syncs up to my progress as it all ends up getting deleted when logging in.

@CYPH3RsD0M41N I brought it up but with the new game being released, the keep is one of those things that are not a priority. If players are still getting an error, I need all of them to reply saying that it is an issue again.
The keep was fixed but there will always be one-off issues like this that sadly may not be resolved. - EA_Shepard1 year ago

That's unfortunate. Also, whenever I log in and log out now, this screen shows up. Every time it does happen, I have to close the browser and re-open it. Otherwise, I won't be able to log in again.
- CYPH3RsD0M41N1 year agoRising Rookie@CYPH3RsD0M41N Plus, character images as well as certain tapestry assets will always fail to load now. I can't see the sync button since it's not loading in.
