[PS3] Can't start "In Hushed Whispers"

Question

I've done the first part of this quest in Redcliffe Village, but after I choose it again from the war map and the scene happens where the plan is discussed, when it gives me the option to confirm starting the quest, the system freezes as soon as I hit "confirm."

This happens repeatedly. I'm afraid I may not be able to finish the game with mages...

Me too. Did it on first playthrough. Now won't start with 2nd and 3rd playthroughs. It's sad having to go to the templars. No choice. I hope a patch resolves&nbsp;this...

im having the same issue on the xbox 360, it allows me to confirm, the select party menu opens, i select my party hit confirm and it freezes completely. &nbsp;I have tried going here through different saves and selecting different characters but it doesnt seem to make a difference. &nbsp;YAY for buggy games....

I was able to get past this just by coming back after running around and doing some sidequests. So my advice is to just save it until a little later and keep trying. Also back out a after the conversation and save before selecting the mission on the war table.
