[PS4] Can't collect items

I can't collects some objects like the handkerchiefs in the "A Friend of Red Jenny" quest and also the objects of "Memories of the Grey". I have the same problem in the "Wicked eye and wicked hearts...

When you get near an area which needs to be 'searched' for an item, your compass will start flashing (and often your Inquisitor or one of the companions will say something about looking around the area), when this happens, press the same button that you usually use to search/highlight lootable items (this differs on systems and user settings, so I'll leave it to you to figure out which button you have it set to) and a pulse of light will point in the direction of the object from your selected character. Once you search close enough to the object, the pulsing will go away and the object will be 'revealed', allowing it to be interacted with.

There should have been a tutorial for this at some point (I think I usually come across it in Haven, at the hut where you find the notes for the alchemist).

Hope that was understandable, there's probably a better way to explain it. 😛
