Why my Dragon Age Inquisition, continues closing and getting the CE-34878-0 code on PS4? I can't play like well! Is there a solution?

Totally random. But especially during fights.
And more often in fights with the monsters of the breach.
But I noticed that if I turn off the internet in PS4 and play this problem does not appear.
Clearly is a problem of PSN .
Apparently has no definitive solution.
Does playing offline solve the problem?
