Community Admin@OliviaOlson Hi, it sounds like you have 2 separate accounts, one for your PC and one for your PS4, so it's probably uploading the worldstate without issue. You mention not playing online, but can you get to the multiplayer menu? This is a good way to test that the online connection is working.
If that's fine the next thing to check for would be to try logging in with any alternate details you may have used to set up the account on your PS4. Any older or lesser-used email addresses could be a candidate.
