I have the same problem... tried some of those answers, nothing worked yet !
I did the usual stuff : uninstalled everything, then reinstall : first try, I get the message "Cant load the savegame because DLCs are missing "
Then delete again,even erased past save data, tried downloading everything without descent... but hey ... 4 hours ? I was sleeping by the time it finished installing,
This morning, descent does not show up in my ps4 downloads, but on my playstation store, it's marked "Installed"... even If I did not select it to queued for download.
I still can't see it in the downloaded list... but i can't download it from psn because the status is "Installed....
Damn, wanted so hard to try the DLCs I couldn't play on the PS3....
Downloaded the game after about a year of inactivity on the PS4. The game worked initially but just before I finished my first multiplayer game, the game crashed and I was unable to relaunch. I got the ce-30005-8 error message and cleaned the game. It started working again and after I created a new character for the single-player, I found out that I could not skip the cutscenes at all. I tried re-installing the game and it both refused to operate initially and then wouldn't allow me to skip cutscenes again. No idea what's going on!
