Community Manager@Aj_3684 This is on the PS4 and not the PS5 correct?
Is it a digital or disc version?
Were you able to start a game and play and then this happened when you boot up the game?
@EA_Shepard It's the disc version for PS4.
I wasn't able to play. This happened after I pressed continue on the main menu. The loading screen with the three cards appeared, and then it was black, like before the game loads before you can play, but the screen doesn't change to the game itself. It just stayed black, and the music stopped playing.
Community Manager@Aj_3684 Gotcha. Just to confirm with you, the disc hasn't been removed, or scratched? Do you have a lens cloth you can wipe the disc with?
Without speculating, have you checked the HDMI cord to the screen? Is it in a place where it can move or wiggle from either the console or the screen side?
@EA_Shepard I checked the disc and it hasn't been scratched or anything but I did wipe it just to be sure.
I also double-checked the cords on the TV and the console and everything seemed fine.
I'm mostly concerned since it was it was working perfectly fine yesterday.
