@EA_Shepard I don't think it's the disc reader because I tried some of my other disc games and they are working just fine.
I'll try troubleshooting based off what you said and see if anything helps.
Should I also try deleting the game and reinstalling it to see if that fixes the problem?
Community Manager@Aj_3684 it may not be the disc reader at all but it is always listed as a possible issue so we list it simply to have players check. When you are already doing all the other steps, taking a minute to check that never hurts.
Personally, I don't think it has anything to do with your issue, but I say check it because the console is already in front of you.
Honestly, I would reinstall it from the disc yes. If you have the time and it doesn't take you 3 hours to do. Not everyone has the time but if you do, I would.
