PS4: Dragons' Bane trophy bugged [DA:I]

I have the same bug and I'm on Xbox One.

I saw only one guy who have this achievement already. Don't know how he did it though...

I'm on the Xbox One.

I killed the high dragons in the hinterlands, crestwood and the western approach. When looking at the Dragon's Bane achievement, it says 20%. That means the game only recognized TWO of my dragon kills. Please fix this. I'm already 120 hours into the game and nowhere NEAR finishing the main stories. It would be ridiculous for me to start another playthrough just to waste 200+ hours for one achievement.

I'm on Hard difficulty if that matters.

I also didn't unlock the 10 Dragon Trophy.  I killed the Abyssal High Dragon from Western Approach last if that matters.

Just add my name to the list. 

PS4 player here. Spent all afternoon slaying high dragons and no trophy when the last one fell. 

I too, have this "bug". Quite annoying. Hopefully they are working on a fix. Killed the dragon in the hissing wastes last. On PS4

Just killed Sandy Howler as my tenth... No ding for trophy. PS4 fanboy now sad :'(.

I don't know if this is true for the PS4 trophy, but the Xbox One lets me see the progress for this achievement. I noticed that my progress said 20% after killing the dragons in the hinterlands, crestwood and western approach. However, when I look at the progress IN GAME via my journal, it says I've killed 3/10 dragons. 

My theory is that the Abyssal High Dragon is the glitched one. Can we possibly confirm this? 

Xbox One - Killed 10/10 dragons and the ingame counter is at 10/10, but progress is at 90%
