It’s been 5 years since the original post and two years since the last update in between that time no one has done anything and it’s still happening “please for the love of the maker someone fix this”

I never was able to fix this problem. It got so annoying that I quit playing the game entirely until I decided to pick up a copy on Xbox One a couple years later. I just gave it a try on my PS4 out of curiosity, and the problem still occurs in the main game but isn't happening in the DLC.
