    OKAY SO THIS IS FOR YALL WHO ARE STILL STUCK ON THIS-  WALK TOWARDS THE INQUISITION SCOUT AND PRESS X WHEN THE OPTION APPEARS.

It’s a bug not a stuck situation lol . You legit reload couple times and your infront the scout .
