I have the same issue in PS4 and manage to load again my save file.
First I create a new character and then after I got to the game I load the other one and it works.
Hope it works out for you guys too.

Sorry for bumping. But I have tried the Chat feature to get help with this problem and the call me feature (which whoever called me didn't even give it one ring before hanging up).

A person named Erica helped me a bit but for some reason our chat session was ended for no reason. I was asked to restore licenses in my psn account and then patch the game and it still didn't work. I am going to try to get into a chat again. If anyone has any suggestions I would love some help.
