I have the same issue in PS4 and manage to load again my save file.
First I create a new character and then after I got to the game I load the other one and it works.
Hope it works out for you guys too.

Okay so this is how I solved this problem. If you deleted your content then reinstalled the game and update .Check back at the ps store and download the multiplayer dlc.
