PS4 spell particle effects extremely pixelated

The PS4 has outdated hardware. You can't expect it to look as good as the PC version.

That said, you should probably post a screenshot or a video of the particle effects so we can determine whether or not it's indeed a bug.

I know there's the potential to have a lot going on on-screen at one time, but when everything else looks so beautiful and the effects look sub-standard then it's a bit of a let down. Even with outdated hardware, there are other games that have achieved fantastic particle effects even when a lot is going on. 

I've added a few more screen grabs which further highlights the issue. It looks shocking.
