PS4 "Veteran" Trophy Glitch *Important* *Updated*

I just turned lvl 20 during the PSN outage and didn't realize that the trophy hadn't popped until I was able to sync my trophies. I have no save file available to go back to unless I want to go back to lvl 14/15. Supposedly other people have faced the same issue and have said that playing as your main character when turning lvl 20 is a requirement. I was actually fighting a dragon when I turned and the only character that survived was Vivienne. Please fix this.

Perhaps setting the parameters around the trophy to unlock once the main character, while playing or not playing as the main character, is level 20 or above... That would fix the problem for me, as I'm above level 20, currently level 22. It would make it so the trophy popped as soon as I log into the game.

Update: Turns out that if you level up your main character again, even after level 20, the trophy will pop, just so long as you are in control of your main character. However, still pretty annoying, still needs fixed. Trophy glitch resolved on my end though.
