I think increasing the framerate in those games will help with future-proofing, since gamers are getting more averse to the 30fps experience. That said, BioWare tends to end support for their single player games after a year or so. I don't expect them to release an update like that.
With Dragon Age Inquisition there's the added problem of some logic being tied to framerate, which is why even on PC the cutscene framerate is locked at 30. There's a method to change that framerate cap, but that causes other problems, which would mean more work for BioWare if they were to do the same for current gen consoles.
@FLOW_yuri So basically @Fred_vdp is correct. I was able to see how games were and are made over the last decade and there is a massive amount that goes into them. These types of updates especially framerate, is not just a one-patch-and-done type of update.

@EA_Shepard and @Fred_vdp thank you for your reply! I just post this Because I really love need for speed, and after I played unbound I wanted to go back to heat but I just couldn't pass 10 min playing. Ig I am a 60 fps hostage now 😭

Is Need for Speed Heat not 60fps on PS5? For a racing game, 30fps is indeed rough.
