Quest Breaking Bug: Redcliffe Farms Ocularum Bug

The quest involving the shards for the temple in the Forbidden Oasis is bugged involving an ocularum in The Hinterlands at Redcliffe Farms.

As the images show, the ocularum does not show up on the map. When I look into it, it says SHARDS: 0/0 found which means I cannot acquire the final shards and complete the quest.

Playing the game on Windows 10 with a 4670k Intel processor, Nvidia Gigabyte geforce 650 Ti Boost GPU, one 1920x1080 monitor, and 16 GB of ram. Not sure if any other hardware info would be helpful or not.

It's the first time I've gotten this bug in 4 play-throughs, but I've only seen it reported a handful of times until now.
